With more sunshine and 40% less rain, beaches, ocean, golf courses, Ferry Terminal, fresh farmed eggs, amazing shopping experience at Tsawwassen Mills Mall, fun at Water Slide Park, coffee shops, cool independent stores, great restaurants plus so much more, once you plant your feet on the ground and discover it, you will be wondering “why didn’t I move here earlier?!”

The Seaside Club

Excusive to Seaside residents, with over 10,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space.
The great room is the focal point of the Seaside Club. Over-height ceilings allow for natural light to flow into the space, all set by ship panel detailing and white wood beams spanning across the ceiling.
There's also a kitchen, banquette seating, party table and televisions in the great room, making for the perfect space to host a larger party (or two).
Extending from the great room is the Seaside Club's outdoor terrace, equipped with patio chairs and tables.
Fitness centre with all the favourites, including cardio machines, free weights and strength equipment.
